siworx were commissioned to upgrade the already fully-featured back-office with a 8 step booking process which tracks villa bookings through the process of the initial search and avilabilty to completion with built-in feedback and customer loyalty discount scheme.

The booking process now integrates with the accounts module and the system generates customer and owner statements on-the-fly. The accounts in-turn feeds the reports.

The new back-office enables Getaway-Villas to implement a reseller and affiliates program.

Customers and owners also have thier own 'myAccounts' and are able interact with thier bookings, payments, discounts...etc.

The re-design also improves the user experience and makes it easier for the customers to find their perfect vila.
