All the trading avenues: the shop, hotline and online store are networked to the Intershop server which keeps track of orders, discounts, and all order related data such as weights and delivery information.

The majority of retail and trade orders are placed online. Intershop handles these orders with ease, automating as much of any given transaction as possible, even down to monitoring stock levels and generating reports.
